Printing a Load Inventory Report

To print an individual load file in Load Inventory:

1. Select the LOAD Inventory option from the Select An Option window.

2. Enter the item code that will be used in the Net•Yield system. Press F3 to display a Select An Item Group window with a list of item groups from which to choose from. Select an item group and then an item to be used in the system by scrolling to the appropriate selection and pressing Enter.

3. If the item is lotted, enter the location where the item is stored. Press F3 to display a Select A Location window from which to choose from. Scroll to the appropriate location and press Enter to confirm your selection.

4. If the item being loaded is lotted, enter the lot number in the Lot field. Press Enter when finished.

5. Command options will display:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the load.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the load inventory file.
• Print Inventory – Select Print Inventory to print the load inventory report.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit from the item selected without saving any changes.

Select Print Inventory.

6. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

To print the Load Inventory report for a single item when entering the beginning balance for a lotted item:

1. Leave the Location ID blank to return to the Initialize Inventory screen and enter a new item code.

2. The following message will appear: "Print Item ID Inventory? No/Yes" will display.

• Select no to exit from the item and return to the Initialize Inventory screen.
• Select yes to print the loaded inventory for the item.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

If changing a lotted item:

1. Select PRINT LOAD INVENTORY from the Select An Option window that appears when you first enter the Load Inventory option.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

To print the Load Inventory report for all items:

1. Select PRINT LOAD INVENTORY from the Select An Option window that appears when you first enter the Load Inventory option.

2. Command options will appear:

• New Code Order – Select New Code Order to print the Load Inventory report for all items, sorted by the new item code.
• Old Code Order – Select Old Code Order to print the load inventory report for all items sorted by the old item code used in your previous system.

Select the sort order for the report.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will appear on the report:

• Old Code – The old ID for the item, if entered
• New Code – The item ID
• Item Name – The item name
• Lc – The location ID for lotted items
• Flot – The location lot number
• Slot – The slot number if the location is slotted
• Date – The received date for the item/lot
• Quantity – The number of units based on the stocking unit of measure or pounds entered
• Cost – The unit cost for the item/lot
• Value – The total value of the item/lot
• COOL – The country of origin identity for the item/lot
• Item Info – The item info lot attributes entered for the item/lot
• Subtotal of the pounds and value for each item
• Grand total of pounds and value for all items.
